Sue Bradnock graduated from the University of Edinburgh before completing a post graduate diploma in Personnel Management at the University of Strathclyde. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and this background in HR allows Sue to provide truly impartial advice and support. Sue has held several senior HR positions within large corporations, and left to pursue her passion for sourcing high calibre talent for organisations.

Katy McMinn


Katy graduated from Southampton University with a BSc and from South Bank University with an MSc in Human Resources. Katy is an experienced HR professional having worked for a number of large blue chip companies such as General Electric and Ernst & Young prior to moving into HR consultancy and Recruitment. These roles have provided sound experience in dealing with a wide range of HR challenges from both an operational and strategic HR perspective.



Steve Watson


Steve has been working in reward consulting for over 20 years and during that time has been Head of Reward for Hay Group, Regional Director of Reward Consulting for KPMG and Director of Consulting for the Link Group Consultants.
Steve's focus is upon the management of pay, including job evaluation, total reward and performance management. He has worked across a diverse range of business with a wide variety of clients from small organisations to top 20 FTSE companies.



Janice Keyes


Janice brings a strong background in HR & Development which has been built within manufacturing, engineering, logistics and automotive industries. She has over 15 years' experience in the HR Field and her most recent roles were in senior HR positions with Samworth Brothers Distribution, Jaguar Land Rover and Norbert Dentressangle Logistics Limited.

Janice has a keen interest in Organisational Development and has developed her specialism in Workplace Happiness and Employee Well-being. She's a fundamental believer that employees that are happy at work are undoubtedly more productive at work and spends the majority of her time working with organisations who are keen to improve their business results whilst creating environments to enable employees to flourish. Through this she coaches individuals and teams in areas such as balance & well-being, personal impact & performance, effective communications, team dynamics, career transition, change management.



Andrew Rundle


Andrew has worked as an HR professional for over 25 years and his career includes working as a Director of an NHS PCT and a national role with a sector skills council. Andrew has developed a particular specialism in mediation and conflict resolution and is a trained facilitator of ‘Everything Disc’ and recently worked with a large employer to implement positive cultural and behavioural changes. Andrew has extensive experience of providing expert input on all aspects of employee relations, change management and organisational development. He has worked mainly in the public sector but has experience in commercial and third sectors. A Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD) Andrew was trained by ACAS as a workplace mediator and obtained accreditation as a performance coach for the NHS through Strathclyde University.



Derek Eccleston


Derek is an experienced and highly practical Consultant; a specialist in Employment Law, with an in-depth knowledge of H.R. and Employee/Industrial Relations, gained from operating in three industries - Financial Services, Engineering and Local Government. This was followed by 6 years experience in the Employment Department of a well respected firm of Solicitors, prior to setting up his own Consultancy in 2001. Legally qualified with a practical HR background; coupled with up to date Legal knowledge and presentational ability create a unique skill set for designing and delivering tailored workshops on all aspects of Employment Law. Delivery of public courses for the CIPD since 1998. Tutor on the CIPD Advanced Award in Employment Law.



Nathan Thomas


Nathan began his career as an Employment Law Solicitor in 1998 after completing a law degree at Lancaster University where he was awarded the Ceiba Geigy Prize for employment law. After 9 years in private practice, helping hundreds of individuals and businesses, Nathan joined DHL in 2007 where he progressed to Senior Legal Counsel and TUPE Practice Lead and then took a lateral step into human resources. Nathan undertook a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management where he achieved a First and was awarded Student of the Year by the CIPD / DeMontfort University. Nathan is an employment solicitor as well as a HR consultant and has a wealth of experience covering employment law issues, employee relations, HR issues and enjoys assisting companies of all sizes and in different sectors.



Glenne Gibson


Glenne was previously International Marketing Director at Laura Ashley, Associate Director with Coopers Deloitte London, and Sales Director Electronic Data Systems London, these senior management positions have provided Glenne with exceptional business knowledge and experience. This she shares with post-graduate students in her role as Course Director and Tutor in Business Studies at the University of Warwick. Her experience has also given her particular insights and understanding which she applies as Coach and Mentor to executives working in a range of industries, functions and roles. She helps her clients to manage challenges, conflicts and dilemmas in a positive way, allowing them to move forward in their career paths, or sometimes to identify and effect a new and more fulfilling choice of career.
Glenne has a M.A., M.B.A., AC Diploma in Coaching, and Certificate in Counselling.



Gillian Holden


Gillian has extensive HR and Coaching expertise in several blue chip companies, including Experian, VW, Christies Auctioneer’s and several Financial Institutions, both in the UK and across EMERI. Gillian has a post-graduate Diploma in Human Resources and a MA in Management Learning from Lancaster University. Gillian uses this experience to provide individuals, teams and businesses with clear and pragmatic approaches to managing change and delivering operational and strategic HR consultancy.



Sian Case


Sian has a rich experience of recruiting, training recruiters and coaching job seekers in a wide range of industries and is a MCIPD with a MSc in Training. She is the author of 'Nail That Job, the complete guide for the less-experienced jobseeker' and has written articles on job search for the national press. She passionately believes that learning should be fun, relevant and productive. Her job search coaching uses her recruiting experience to help candidates focus on what every recruiter is looking for.



Lou Handley


Lou is a qualified and experienced HR professional specialising in selection and the development of HR frameworks. She has been a HR Consultant for ten years and prior to this she was the HR Manager Employee Resourcing for GSL UK Ltd. Lou is able to design performance management processes, competency frameworks and tailor selection methods, including assessment centres, incorporating ability, personality, situational judgement tests, job simulation exercises and structured interviews. As well as designing and delivering development centres Lou is able to train managers to maximise the performance management process. Lou is qualified to use a range of psychometric tools including OPQ, 16PF, FIRO-B & MBTI.



Kath Cleary


Kath is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies. Kath has worked in HR for over 20 years, and has held joint HR & Operational roles within her career, so has great business understanding and empathy. Kath has broad HR experience having provided HR support in retail, hospitality, financial services, chartered surveying, automotive, independent school and professional services organisations -working at all levels up to HR Director level. Kath is an experienced HR Project Manager and business partner, specialising in restructures, consultations, HRIS implementation, generalist HR, and HR Operations.



David Palmer


David is an effective, commercial and award winning CIPD qualified senior HR professional with over 25 years’ experience with two world class organisations, 18 years with Severn Trent Water and 9 years with EDF Energy. His breadth of experience is vast having undertaken business partnering, shared services, governance and reporting and change management roles. David has a solid background in HR and has wide generalist experience and a friendly and approachable manner.
