TECHNICAL HELPDESK MANAGER

SHIPSTON-ON-STOUR, WARWICKSHIRE

The Technical Helpdesk Manager in addition to providing Helpdesk Support will also be involved with:

  • Developing product fixes and patches for issues found in the application code
  • Training, motivating and managing the Helpdesk IT team
  • Assisting with implementations and customer training
  • Managing bug fixes and product development with the product development team

 

To be successful as the Technical Helpdesk Manager you need:

  • Helpdesk management experience e.g. IT Support Manager, Service Desk Supervisor
  • Solid technical background combined with customer service experience
  • Experience of managing a small team
  • Commercial C# .net experience
  • Good knowledge of SQL
  • Inquisitive mind to carry out research and continue to learn

 

Shipston-on -Stour has limited public transport services (Moreton-in-Marsh, Banbury, and Stratford-upon-Avon are commutable via bus) but a car would be desirable.
