SOLICITOR - COMMERCIAL AND CIVIL LITIGATION

RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Senior Solicitor in the Commercial and Civil Litigation department, you will be involved with:

  • Managing the Commercial and Civil Litigation department across several offices in the Coventry and Warwickshire region
  • Providing guidance and support to the Litigation team as well as handling own caseload
  • Management of the Commercial and Civil Litigation department, including managing the department's finances, budgets and compliance
  • Work alongside the marketing department to carry out business development activities

 

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful as the Solicitor, heading up the Commercial and Civil Litigation department you will require:

  • Minimum of 7 years PQE within a Litigation Department as a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
  • Previous experience of managing and developing a team
  • Driving licence and own car as the job requires travelling to all offices
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a flair for business development and marketing
