RESPONSIBILITIES

This newly-created role will lead and motivate a small team to ensure that the office administration runs smoothly and targets are met.

  • Working closely with other departments to ensure customers receive exceptional service and any issues are resolved promptly
  • Produce reports e.g. telephone statistics, delivery times, transportation, month-end, Navison
  • Resolve invoice queries and debt resolution
  • Track delivery and collection of products to ensure they arrive on time

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong leadership and administrative skills, with the ability to lead, train, and motivate customer service staff
  • Demonstrable experience of providing exceptional customer service ideally gained in a product rather than services organisation
  • Experience of managing a busy office as well as meeting targets and deadlines
  • Excellent customer satisfaction skills with the ability to understand and resolve complaints
  • Ability to multi-task and ensure all areas run smoothly e.g. invoicing, sales, transportation
