INTERNAL SALES MANAGER/TELESALES MANAGER

GRAYS, ESSEX
BASE SALARY UP TO £40,000 PLUS COMMISSION AND FLEXIBLE BENEFITS

RESPONSIBILITIES
This forward thinking, successful and innovative organisation require a customer-focussed Internal Sales Manager to:

  • Coach, train, mentor, and motivate the internal sales team to make outbound sales calls, respond to incoming sales enquiries and convert to orders
  • Lead by example by hitting personal sales target and demonstrate outstanding telesales skills
  • Carry out performance reviews and set development plans
  • Develop a team culture to ensure the department operates smoothly
  • Run weekly telephone statistics and produce reports
  • Maintain CRM systems/database of clients and prospects

 

REQUIREMENTS
As well as strong telesales and team leadership experience, the Internal Sales Manager must have:

  • Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills coupled with a positive attitude as well as an ability to work well under pressure
  • Results focussed and motivated by exceeding targets, with proven experience of achievement of targets
