The Internal Sales Executive deals with incoming sales enquiries from SME customers and converting them to orders and making outbound calls to both new and existing customers. This company are one of the UK's leading suppliers of modular buildings and portable accommodation and have an excellent reputation and established client base. This global company has a great reputation for training its employees and providing excellent career progression.

Other key aspects of the Internal Sales Executive's job are:

  • Understanding customers' temporary modular accommodation needs and providing them with solutions for current and future requirements
  • Managing customer accounts and building relationships to ensure future sales
  • Handling and processing inbound calls and dealing with emails
  • Promoting product ranges to maximise customer spend
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure excellent customer care
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets

 

Key attributes needed to be a successful Internal Sales Executive at this regional depot are:

  • Positive, professional and enthusiastic telephone manner with confidence to close sales, cold call and up-sell additional products and services
  • Previous experience gained in telesales or another sales role ideally gained within modular accommodation, construction or business services but not essential as training is provided
  • Excellent level of customer service and ability to form good relationships with companies
  • Target driven and motivated by success with demonstrable sales track record
  • Navision or inspHire would be very useful
