Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)


Are you looking for a standalone generalist HRBP role? One where you will be the key Human Resources professional, working closely with Heads of Departments? With the responsibility to provide HR support to about 90 employees, spread over 4 sites in Coventry and Warwickshire: this could be the perfect role for you.

This varied and challenging HRBP role will cover all aspects of Human Resources:

  • Ensuring the company's HR strategy, policies and procedures are kept up to date and compliant
  • Recruitment, induction and performance management processes
  • Training needs analysis and identifying training providers


To be successful as the HRBP for this established firm, it is essential to have a driving licence and own car to travel to other offices when required along with:

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent
  • Strong HR generalist experience (e.g. as a HR Advisor, HR Specialist, HR Officer) ideally gained within professional services e.g. law firm, accountancy, financial services, insurance
  • The confidence to influence with effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound understanding of Employment Law and Employee Relations
