RESPONSIBILITIES

As Technical Support Manager you will be:

  • Providing customer support via phone, video, email, and chat box to breweries and manufacturers, who can beer and beverages, to improve the customer experience and resolve issues
  • Identify issues causing breakdown of machinery and order parts to ensure they are repaired quickly
  • Review processes and make recommendations to increase customer satisfaction

 

REQUIREMENTS

Ideally the Technical Support Manager would come from a craft brewery company and been involved with canning machines or packaging equipment.

  • Electrical engineering or Mechanical engineering qualifications or automation technology
  • Ideally understanding of Human Machine Interface (HMI) and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
  • Passionate about resolving customer issues and ensuring they are delighted with service received
  • Flexible approach and a positive attitude to ensure successful resolution
  • Proven background in customer support in a technical environment or manufacturing
  • Ideally experience of troubleshooting mechanical/pneumatic/electronic components
